Emterra Environmental is the designated waste disposal contractor for Lexington Heights. To ensure proper collection, all household trash must be placed in plastic trash bags or secured within a trash bin.
Please call Emterra (989-658-2784) to schedule large item pickups. Yard waste must be in yard waste bags or a labeled container and will be picked up through the end of November.

Sanilac County Road Commission is responsible for the maintenance of Lexington Heights Inc. roads. We want to remind everyone that parking on Lakeview has always been prohibited. It’s important to note that the Road Commission has the authority to tow vehicles at the owner’s expense. If you have questions, please call the Commission at 810-648-2185.

Lexington Heights yearly dues are $200 for an improved lot and $75 for a vacant lot. If there is a change in your address, please make sure we have your correct mailing address. Dues are to be paid by July 1. A $10.00 late fee is charged per month for late payments. P.O. Box 580 Lexington 48450.
Here are some of the items that your yearly dues cover: Weekly trash and yard waste, maintenance of the clubhouse including taxes, insurance and utilities, mowing of the bluff parkway and clubhouse grounds, installing and removing the boat ramp, mailings and clerical items, licensing fees, purchasing keys for the boat ramp, stipends, maintenance and installation of stairs and ramps, and social events.
We are seeking volunteers to assist with seasonal maintenance tasks around Lexington Heights. Current needs include:
Power washing the clubhouse.
Trim the hedges at the clubhouse.
Removing vines from the kayak stands.
Trimming vegetation along stairways (with Board approval).

Residents who notice overgrowth on their stairways are encouraged to notify us. With prior approval from the Board, individuals may trim branches along the stairs.

Jan Britz is the Lexington Heights Club House manager. The clubhouse is available for community members to rent. You can contact her from the “Contact Page”. The rental rate is $200.00 ($165 for rental and $35 for clubhouse manager fee). There is a $200 refundable security deposit. Only Lexington Heights members in good standing are eligible to rent the Clubhouse. Her phone number is 810-334-4824.

Lynn Secord will be handling the sale of boat ramp keys. Only members who have paid their association dues in full will be eligible to purchase keys. Unauthorized use is strictly forbidden. Please, always replace the lock and the gate chain when leaving the boat ramp area. Also, please remember that there is no parking at the boat ramp area. Boat ramp keys cost $35.
